At JustGiftUp, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bespoke furniture. Because our products are made to order and tailored just for you, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on bespoke, made-to-order items in our beds, sofas, and upholstered furniture categories.
  • However, we do offer exchanges or full repairs for items that are faulty, damaged, or not of satisfactory quality.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our team immediately at contact@justgiftup.com. Include photos or videos along with a detailed description of the problem to help us assess the situation.


How We Handle Exchanges & Repairs

  • Once we receive your issue report, we will respond within 48 hours with a solution.
  • In some cases, we may send an assessor to your property to inspect the item.
  • If an exchange or repair is necessary, please allow 7 to 14 working days for completion.

For upholstered furniture and other made-to-order items, if a product must be returned due to manufacturing defects or size discrepancies, it will be collected, repaired or remade at our factory, and returned within 14 working days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Items returned in a condition different from how they were delivered (damaged, missing parts) not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Process

  • Once your return or exchange is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued back to your original payment method within 4 working days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; sale items cannot be refunded.


Deposits

A 30% deposit is non-refundable on any bespoke item within the beds, sofas, footstool, and upholstered furniture categories.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at contact@justgiftup.com. We will arrange collection of the item; collection costs may apply.


Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
  • If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


Warranty

All bespoke beds, sofas, and upholstered furniture come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the day you sign for delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by:

  • Disassembly or improper handling
  • Moving the furniture to another property or room
