Delivery Times

  • Within the USA: Delivery usually takes between 10 to 16 days once your item is ready for dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times range from 15 to 25 days, depending on your location.

Once your item is prepared for shipment, we will contact you with tracking information and delivery updates.


Important Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item will fit through all doorways, hallways, and into your property.
  • Please carefully measure the access points and the intended room to ensure the furniture fits, including stairways and elevators.
  • We provide item dimensions prior to dispatch—please review these carefully.

If, upon arrival, the item does not fit and cannot be delivered inside your property, our delivery team reserves the right to leave the item at the doorstep or delivery point.


Assembly and Fitting

  • If you have paid for assembly or installation and the product does not fit the access points (e.g., staircases), we reserve the right not to refund the assembly charge, as our team will have already attended your location.
  • If the item must be remade due to incorrect measurements or fitting issues, this will incur additional charges.

Delivery Service Details

  • Deliveries across the US are handled by trusted third-party delivery companies.
  • Delivery days and times are generally Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 9 PM.
  • The delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time once your item arrives at their depot.
  • Please notify us of any access issues ahead of delivery and ensure all access areas are fully cleared prior to arrival.

Custom & Bespoke Items

  • Our products are made to order and bespoke. Because of this, we cannot accept returns if the item does not fit.
  • In some cases, we may offer an amendment or modification service, but this will be chargeable. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any issues.

Damages & Issues on Delivery

  • If your item arrives damaged, please reject the delivery or notify JustGiftUp immediately.
  • Should the delivery company cause any damage to your home or belongings, please ask the drivers to document the damage with photos and take your own pictures as well.
  • Report any damage to JustGiftUp within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the delivery company refusing responsibility.

Liability

  • JustGiftUp is responsible for replacing or rectifying any defects or damages to the furniture purchased from us.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused to your property during delivery; however, such incidents will be reported to the delivery company for resolution.
  • If damage occurs to your property, it is essential to notify the drivers at the time of the incident and report it immediately to JustGiftUp. The delivery company will then contact you directly to assess and resolve the matter.
